Who is Jason Agnello?
Jason is an experienced Personal Trainer and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from New York. In high school, he excelled in football, baseball, lacrosse, track and wrestling, while studying Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy and Genetics. He continued his pursuit in the sciences as a Biology major at Fredonia State, and graduated with a BA. While serving as Editor-In-Chief of the University’s award-winning newspaper, he was a dominant defenseman on the men’s lacrosse team. His background in several athletic disciplines and expertise in science has made him a valuable leader in the fitness community.
His mission is to listen to our ancestors, and speak to our descendants.
